About Us!

Many of our guests like to know a little bit about the people from whom they are renting a home, so we thought we would take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you.

We are  Liesel and Andy, and currently live in Guernsey in the Channel Islands. We are avid travellers to all sorts of destinations, but have a special place in our hearts for Florida! This is what led us to buy our first home there, Mimosa. Whilst the 'rental game' is hard work, we can honestly say that we have never looked back! We have had guests from as far away as Australia and Japan, Finland and Norway, all over Europe and North and South America! It's been a great opportunity to meet all sorts of people, and we especially love helping first time visitors to Florida plan their holiday of a lifetime.

We travel to Florida as often as we can and know how lucky we are to be able to enjoy spending time there. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy it as much as we do!


Why Book With Us?

Because we own the home we are marketing and renting to our guests, we have a vested interest in providing a friendly personal service to you. We are obviously familiar with the house and can often help with other concerns that you may have as visitors to a foreign country, whether it be; finding a location for a wedding or questions about immigration issues.

We employ a professional, licensed Management Company in Florida to look after our property and arrange for cleaning and maintenance etc. They are on call to deal with any issues you may have with the home whilst you are there. They can also arrange welcome packs for all those useful bits and pieces - this is especially useful if you have a late arrival and don't want to have to shop for coffee and toast for breakfast the next morning!

The concierge at the Clubhouse is run by another company and they have no direct involvement with our home. They are however very useful if you need directions or want to know the best place to get waffles! You can also book spa treatments, hire basketballs and obtain office services etc from the concierge. They will also provide you with an access card to the resort on arrival (or the next day if you arrive late).

So you can see there are plenty of people to help make sure your trip goes smoothly. What we offer is a truly personal service, you are our guests and we want you to feel at home!


How To Book

Booking is very straightforward!

1. Check availability by calling or emailing. Our calendar is  usually up to date, but occasionally we have pending bookings or cancellations that are not shown, so it is always worth giving us a call.

2. If you decide to accept our quote, we will send you booking form, either by email or mail. We are required by law to obtain a few personal details from you, which you can enter on the form and return to us.

3. A 20% deposit is payable within 7 days and this will secure your dates. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of this deposit and the booking form. You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or credit card.

4. The balance of your payment and a refundable security deposit is due 60 days before your arrival date....and that's it!
